Victoria (MSN, RN) spent 20 years on the front lines of healthcare before founding MedicalOne Health with a clear operational mission: to make the transition from hospital to home as safe and seamless as possible.

As a Nurse-Owned, MSN-led team, our leadership looks at patient care through a purely clinical lens. We understand the complexities of recovery, which is why our infrastructure focuses on executing rigorous medical oversight rather than processing high-volume intake.

Our goal is straightforward: to bring MSN-led medical oversight into the home while fiercely protecting our patients’ dignity. We are here to help foster a highly structured healing environment, keeping families respected, informed, and fully supported every step of the way.

MedicalOne Health LLC operates exclusively as an independent, privately held Home Health agency. We have completely divested from our former hospice and palliative care division. The hospice entity previously operating under the MedicalOne name in the Antioch region is now under entirely separate, unaffiliated ownership and management. All current MedicalOne Home Health clinical protocols, liability insurances, staff, and Medicare compliance audits are strictly isolated to this specific home health agency.
